Who Can Participate?
Adults aged at least 18 years may participate.
Inclusion Criteria
• Should be with one of the following diseases:
– Diagnosed with primary basal cell carcinoma of the skin by histopathological examination
– Diagnosed with cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma (low risk) by histopathological examination. Low-risk: lesions <2 cm
in diameter with clear borders; pathologic features include highly or moderately differentiated tumors, non-high-risk
histologic subtypes; tumors ≤6 mm in thickness and not infiltrating more than the subcutaneous fat layer, no perineural
infiltration; and no vascular or lymph-vascular infiltration.
– Diagnosed with Bowen’s disease (SCC in situ) by histopathological examination
– Diagnosed with AK by clinical and dermoscopy, or by optional histopathological examination
• Have lesions area of no more than 25 cm² for the whole body, in total; If the total lesion area for the whole body is > 25 cm²,
only a lesion area of no more than 25 cm² will be treated with the study drug.
• Not suitable for surgical or radiotherapy treatment at the lesions area, or unwilling to accept surgical treatment or radiotherapy
Participant Information
• Participate and receive an investigational topical study treatment at no cost
• Regular visits with study doctors who specialize in treating non-melanoma skin cancer and precancerous lesions (about 11 or
15 visits)
• Reimbursement for study-related expenses will be provided

Probity collects your Personal Information for the following purposes (the “Purposes”):

to contact you about clinical research studies;
to enable a clinical research site in your area to contact you;
to confirm if your registration on ResearchTrials.org resulted in enrollment in any clinical trial, as well as the specific clinical trial(s) you enrolled in;
to ensure that we are achieving our goal of aiding enrollment in clinical trials;
to protect us both against error and fraud; and
to comply with legal requirements.
For Patients, the information you submit on ResearchTrials.org will be used for the above purposes. Because the clinical research sites are located in different countries, your personal information may be transmitted to your nearest research site (or research site you selected).
That research site may be in a different country than the location of the ResearchTrials.org database.
For Sponsors and Physicians, the information you submit on ResearchTrials.org will be used to contact you.
Personal Information will not be sold or rented and will not be exchanged with unaffiliated entities, except to fulfill the Purposes set out above, unless you are first notified and expressly consent to such transfer. Probity will seek to ensure that any third parties it shares your information with also comply with the terms of this Privacy Policy.
Probity is aware of your concern for privacy when using ResearchTrials.org. Probity takes reasonable steps to protect your Personal Information as you transmit your information from your computer to our websites and to protect your information from loss, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction. Patients, Physicians and Sponsors have a right of access to their own Personal Information in a record that is in the custody or under the control of Probity, subject to some exceptions set out in applicable legislation. For example, organizations are required under PIPEDA to refuse to provide access to information that would reveal Personal Information about another individual. Further, organizations are authorized under PIPEDA to refuse access to Personal Information if disclosure would reveal confidential business information. Access may also be refused if the information is privileged or the information was generated in the course of a formal dispute resolution process.
If access is refused, in whole or in part, Probity will provide the reasons for the refusal. In cases where exceptions to access apply, Probity may withhold that information but will provide you with the remainder of the record.

The ResearchTrials.org web server captures the Internet Protocol (IP) addresses of each connection to the website and the specific web pages visited during that connection. An IP address is a number assigned to your computer by your Internet Service Provider so you can access the Internet and is generally considered to be non-personally identifiable information because in most cases it changes each time you connect to the Internet. IP addresses may be used to diagnose problems with our server, report aggregate information, determine the fastest route for your computer to use in connecting to the website, and administer and improve the website. Although the IP address and related information collected is stored in the server log files, no individual is authorized to access those files for any purpose other than system maintenance.
