Prurigo Nodularis Research Trial (44 Weeks)


Treatment: Injection Age: 18 Years


Who Can Participate?

Males or females, ≥ 18 years of age with prurigo nodularis (PN) may be eligible to participate.

 

Inclusion Criteria:

      • Received a diagnosis of PN by a dermatologist at least 3 months ago
      • Have a total of at least 20 PN nodules with bilateral distribution (appearing on both sides of the body)
      • Documented history of poor response to prescription topical medications or that topical medications are medically inadvisable (such as concerns for safety)
      • Need to apply a topical moisturizer (emollient) once or twice a day during screening and throughout the study

 

Participant Info:

      • No cost to participate or receive treatment
      • Regular visits with study doctors who specialise in treating prurigo nodularis
      • Will receive investigational injected treatment (active study drug) or placebo
      • Reimbursement for study-related expenses may be provided
