Psoriatic Arthritis Study (12 Months)


Treatment: Injection Age: 18+ Years


Who Can Participate?

Adults (≥18) with psoriatic arthritis can participate.

 

Inclusion Criteria

      • have had psoriatic arthritis for about 6 months
      • currently have plaque psoriasis with either nail changes or a psoriatic plaque of 1cm in size or larger, or have a dermatologist-confirmed personal history of psoriasis

 

Participant Information

      • Participate and receive study treatment at no cost
      • Regular visits with study doctors who specialise in treating psoriatic arthritis (15 visits)
      • Will receive either an investigative injection treatment (study drug) or a placebo
      • Reimbursement for study-related expenses may be provided

 

How Long Will The Study Last?

      • 52 weeks

Note: Participants will need to stop all other treatments for psoriatic arthritis during clinical trial participation. Some over-the-counter preparations may be deemed acceptable by the doctor performing the study.

Study Description

  • Brief Summary:

    This is a study to demonstrate the clinical efficacy and safety of sonelokimab administered subcutaneously compared with placebo in the treatment of adult patients with active psoriatic arthritis who are naive to biologic disease-modifying antirheumatic drug therapy.
